American Traditional is the backbone of tattooing: bold black outlines, a tight color palette, and designs built to stay readable for a lifetime. It's the style I started in back in 1997, and it still informs everything else I do.

Roses, snakes, cranes, moths, lady heads, daggers, palm trees — the classic subjects earned their place because they work. Heavy linework and solid color hold up as the tattoo settles into the skin, which is why traditional pieces from decades ago still look sharp while trendier styles blur out.
